Chocolate porridge recipe… and more!

Ingredients:
1/3 mug oats
2/3 mug milk of choice (rice milk and coconut milk go well)
4 dates
1 tsp cacao (or cocoa) powder
1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp hazelnut oil (or hazelnut butter)
1 banana
1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts

Instructions:
1) In a pan, heat the milk on a low temperature for a few minutes until warm
2) Add the oats and stir with a wooden spoon until the mix starts to thicken
3) Chop the dates into chunks and add to the mix to warm and soften
4) Take off the heat and stir in the cacao, protein powder and hazelnut oil and leave for a couple of minutes
5) Meanwhile, slice the banana
6) Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with the sliced banana and chopped hazelnuts
