Chocolate & hazelnut porridge

Ingredients
- 350 ml milk of choice (e.g. hazelnut milk or rice milk)
- 5 tbsp oats
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tsp cacao powder (or cocoa)
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp smooth hazelnut butter
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the milk and oats on a low temperature for a few minutes until warm
- Chop the date into small pieces, add to the mix and stir with a wooden spoon until the porridge starts to thicken
- Add in the cacao, protein powder and hazelnut butter and cook for one minute while stirring
- Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with sliced banana and chopped hazelnuts
