Berry & mint smoothie

Ingredients
- 300 ml milk of choice (e.g. coconut milk)
- 1 handful frozen berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries)
- 1 medjool date
- 5 leaves fresh mint
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds / linseeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender
- Blend well and enjoy straight away (flaxseeds thicken smoothies over time)
