Chocolate & cashew shake

Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk of choice (e.g. cashew nut milk)
  • 1 tsp cacao powder (or cocoa)
  • 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tsp date syrup (or honey)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
