Coconut chia seed pudding

3 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp protein powder 1 tsp xylitol (or honey) 1 tbsp desiccated coconut 1/4 tsp nutmeg 200 ml milk of choice (e.g. coconut milk) Add all dry ingredients to a jar and shake together (or stir in a bowl).
Add the milk and shake in the jar until well mixed.
Leave to soak overnight for best results (or at least for 1 hour).
Add an extra pinch of nutmeg when serving, depending on taste preference.
