Chocolate espresso martini

Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso coffee
  • 2 shots oat milk
  • 2 shots vodka
  • 2 shots coffee liqueur (e.g. Tia Maria)
  • 2 tsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 4 drops stevia (optional)
  • 10 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prepare the espresso shots (or very concentrated coffee made in a percolator) and pour into a small mug. Place this mug in a bowl of iced water (using 5 ice cubes) to cool down.
  • Add all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker (or large jar with a lid on) including the remaining 5 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Pour the drink into your cocktail glasses straining through a sieve to leave the ice behind.
