Berry & mint smoothie

Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk of choice (e.g. coconut milk)
  • 1 handful frozen berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 medjool date
  • 5 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds / linseeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender
  • Blend well and enjoy straight away (flaxseeds thicken smoothies over time)
