Chocolate chia seed pudding

Ingredients
Chia seed pudding
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
- 1 tsp hazelnut butter
- 150 ml milk of choice (e.g. hazelnut butter)
Toppings
- 1 handful frozen berries
- 1 handful hazelnuts
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients into a jar, screw the lid on and shake until mixed.
- Pour the milk into the jar, close the lid and shake thoroughly for 1 minute.
- Leave to soak for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight in the fridge.
- Serve with frozen berries and hazelnuts for a refreshing crunch the next morning.
Notes
For on the go, stir the frozen fruit into your chia pudding to keep it cool until ready to eat.
