Chocolate chia seed pudding

Ingredients

Chia seed pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 1 tsp hazelnut butter
  • 150 ml milk of choice (e.g. hazelnut butter)

Toppings

  • 1 handful frozen berries
  • 1 handful hazelnuts

Instructions

  • Add all dry ingredients into a jar, screw the lid on and shake until mixed.
  • Pour the milk into the jar, close the lid and shake thoroughly for 1 minute.
  • Leave to soak for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight in the fridge.
  • Serve with frozen berries and hazelnuts for a refreshing crunch the next morning.

Notes

For on the go, stir the frozen fruit into your chia pudding to keep it cool until ready to eat.
