Coconut chia seed pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tsp xylitol (or honey)
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 200 ml milk of choice (e.g. coconut milk)
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients to a jar and shake together (or stir in a bowl).
- Add the milk and shake in the jar until well mixed.
- Leave to soak overnight for best results (or at least for 1 hour).
- Add an extra pinch of nutmeg when serving, depending on taste preference.
