You will receive a full break down of all the different types of fats in your body from saturated fats to omega-3 fats.

Test the ratio between omega-6 AA to omega-3 EPA these fats, an excellent biomarker for inflammation in your skin.
Individuals with eczema and psoriasis for example often have suboptimal levels due to digestive issues breaking down fats and conversion issues in the body.
Depending on your results, you will be advised on a specific dose of fatty acid supplements to optimise your levels.
What does the test involve?
A test kit will be sent to you in the post and the test can be completed at home. Using a finger pricking device supplied, a small amount of blood is taken from a finger, dried on a filter paper and then posted to the laboratory. A very simple and easy process!
