Pear & cinnamon smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 pear (stored in fridge)
- 150 ml milk of choice (e.g. rice milk)
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel and slice the banana and freeze beforehand for a thicker smoothie
- Core the pear and chop into large chunks
- Combine the banana and pear with the rest of the ingredients in a blender
- Blend and enjoy
