milk of choice
(e.g. rice milk)

fresh spinach

cashew nut butter

protein powder

ground cinnamon
Instructions
Peel and slice the banana and freeze beforehand for a thicker smoothie
Core the pear and chop into large chunks
Combine the banana and pear with the rest of the ingredients in a blender
Blend and enjoy
