Mango & coconut smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 mango
  • 300 ml coconut milk (or 'coconut milk drink' – often mixed with rice milk)
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut the mango into chunks and remove the skin with a knife.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
