mango

coconut milk
(or 'coconut milk drink' - often mixed with rice milk)

oats

cashew nut butter

protein powder
(optional)
Instructions
Cut the mango into chunks and remove the skin with a knife.
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
