Mango & coconut smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 mango
- 300 ml coconut milk (or 'coconut milk drink' – often mixed with rice milk)
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the mango into chunks and remove the skin with a knife.
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
