Pear & cinnamon smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 pear (stored in fridge)
  • 150 ml milk of choice (e.g. rice milk)
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the banana and freeze beforehand for a thicker smoothie
  • Core the pear and chop into large chunks
  • Combine the banana and pear with the rest of the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend and enjoy
