Cut the blueberries (2 handfuls) in half. Leave the remaining blueberries to one side for the topping.
In a pan with a dash of water, stew the halved blueberries on a low heat until soft.
Remove the pits from the dates and chop into small pieces.
Add the dates, oats and milk to the pan and continue to cook on a low heat for a few minutes until almost all of the liquid is absorbed.
Take the porridge off the heat and stir in the protein powder.
Serve and top with blueberries, sunflower seeds and walnut halves.
